Comprehensive engineering services include several stages of work

Our company has its own divisions, including technical and design departments, service and installation teams. 1. Approval of the project concept and preparation of the terms of reference

When contacting our company, each client receives an offer with ready-made solutions that are primarily focused on energy and resource conservation.

After discussing all the customer’s wishes, the total cost of services, agreeing on the project concept and drawing up the terms of reference, both parties sign a contract.

2. Design works

Based on the accepted option for the implementation of engineering systems, calculations are carried out and the first drawings are prepared. The project is developed in accordance with state building codes.

Design work is carried out in conjunction with an architect-designer, builders, plumbers, electricians, firefighters, and drillers. All planning is agreed with the customer. At the end, an actual commercial offer is developed on the basis of the finished project.

3. Supply of equipment, installation and commissioning

Immediately before installation, materials and equipment are ordered and preparatory work is carried out. Then the equipment is installed, connected and configured, and the systems are put into operation.

Since our company has full-time installation teams throughout Ukraine, we provide prompt work on the implementation and maintenance of engineering systems not only in Kyiv and Kyiv region, but also in other regions of Ukraine.

4. 4. Service and maintenance

After the launch of the climate control equipment, we also provide a guarantee for the stable operation of the installed systems. Termal separately provides services for the maintenance of installed systems in the future. This includes: preventive inspection, troubleshooting and repair if necessary.
