Ventilation and heating system of the Baumit plant

What was done

For a plant for the production of dry building mixtures “BAUMIT” was completed by the specialists of the Termal Company:

• design solution
• supply of basic climate control equipment
• installation work
• commissioning and adjustment works ventilation systems, air heating and assimilation of excess moisture in production facilities.

High-efficiency ventilation units with a rotary recuperator and an intelligent automation system were used, which reduced electricity consumption by up to 72%.

Stages of work

Design of ventilation and heating systems.

Equipment with the most economical fans, which saves up to 50% of electricity, and rotary recuperators, which save up to 72% of heat (natural gas), were used.

The installation of air handling units, fan heaters, heating systems and automation was carried out very quickly, in coordination with the general contractor at the new production facility.

The commissioning of the systems at the new facility took only a few days, provided that the installation was carried out with high quality.
