HVAC system at the Unilever factory

What was done

For a tea factory “Uniliver” specialists of the company carried out a full range of works:

• drafting the main project;
• supplying the necessary equipment;
• installation work;
• commissioning ventilation systems, heating, air conditioning the system is designed to maintain humidity and supply compressed air.

Stages of work

Our company improved and optimized the design of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, which led to lower capital costs and increased energy efficiency. A Rhoss heat pump refrigeration unit was selected, which significantly reduced operating costs in the off-season and winter periods.

The heating, ventilation and air conditioning system was installed in less than two months, working in 3 shifts and seven days a week.

The PP project was successfully adapted. In less than a month, a compressor, dehumidifier and receiver were installed on the roof, and a compressed air piping system was installed in the workshops.

The shop quickly developed and installed an air humidification system based on HygroMatik equipment.

Commissioning was carried out quickly and in parallel with the installation of other HVAC systems. Each system had already been adjusted during maintenance work for winter and summer operation.

The maintenance scheme for all equipment was developed based on the recommendations of equipment manufacturers and the first operating experience (refrigeration, fan coils, supply and exhaust ventilation systems, air conditioners, humidifiers).
