What was done
For the Tbilisuri restaurant, we developed ventilation design with heat recovery, installation of air conditioners/air heat pumps.
Mounted supply and exhaust ventilation with a plate heat recuperator that returns up to 75% of heat energy in winter.
All exhaust air from the facility is removed through stainless kitchen umbrellas with grease traps. The air then passes through the grease trap’s duct filter to the recuperator, where it releases heat energy to the fresh supply air. The fresh air, purified and heated by the recuperator, is supplied to the restaurant hall. The room is heated by Neoclima wall-mounted split air conditioners, which operate as heat pumps to an outside temperature of -23 оC and below.
In the summer, a summer insert is installed instead of the recuperator plates to avoid additional heating of the supply air and the premises of the facility. Cooling is provided by split air conditioners.
