What was done
In the large diameter pipe production shop of Ukar Pipe LLC, the following was made full range of works equipment supply, installation and commissioning ventilation systems, heating and heat supply, water supply, and compressed air supply.
The total air exchange in the shop is more than 100,000 m33/hour. The most modern equipment is used in explosion-proof design with heat recovery.
A powerful aspiration and general exchange ventilation system completely removes all contaminants from the pipe production facility and ensures that the maximum permissible concentration limits are met. Thanks to heat recuperators in 2 powerful ventilation units, significant energy savings of up to 70% were achieved.
The intelligent automation system also makes it possible to rationally use the available power and energy resources.
