Ventilation and air conditioning system for Volvo car center

What was done

Reconstruction of the automotive center “Volvo” and the construction of a new part was carried out. Termal specialists installed modern advanced equipment for ventilation systems and air conditioning with high energy efficiency ratios.

Stages of work

Our company has improved and optimized the design of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, which has led to a reduction in capital expenditures and an increase in energy efficiency. Existing equipment and air ducts were utilized to the maximum extent possible. Old supply and exhaust systems were modernized with recuperators.

The installation of HVAC systems and local exhaust systems for car exhaust gases took about 1 year, taking into account all downtime, as the company continued to operate in its normal mode during the reconstruction.

The commissioning works were also extended in time and were systematically carried out over a period of 1 year. Each system was set up for both winter and summer operation.
