What was done
From 2004 to the present day, Termal has implemented more than a hundred projects for the installation of ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems in private apartments and condos.
Almost all of the facilities were unique and of different technical levels. At the beginning of the project, design work was necessarily carried out, taking into account all the wishes of the customer, in coordination with the design project, the electrical contractor, low-current networks and other contractors, builders and finishers.
Popular air conditioning solutions
The most popular solution with air conditioning Wall-mounted split air conditioners and multi-split air conditioners remain the most popular in apartments. But ducted air conditioners are more comfortable and well suited to the design of any apartment.
The indoor unit of a ducted air conditioner can be hidden in a neighboring room (bathroom ceiling, wardrobe or corridor ceiling), in a closet or simply in a false ceiling. Fresh and clean air is supplied from the ducted air conditioner through the diffuser (grille) located closer to the source of heat or cold, closer to the window.
By using a large diffuser (for example, a long linear diffuser), it is possible to supply air from the air conditioner at a very low speed (less than 1 m/s), practically imperceptible to humans. The air is also drawn in through a large diffuser on the opposite side of the room and then through the duct, through a filter, into the ducted air conditioner.
Using high-quality equipment from such brands as Toshiba, Panasonic, Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric, such a system becomes as comfortable and quiet as possible, simulating natural cooling in summer or heating in winter.
Popular ventilation solutions
For maximum comfort in the apartment, a very important factor is ventilation system. Vents, Blauberg, Zehnder ventilators are a popular and inexpensive solution. But, according to many customers, the ventilator cannot always provide the desired level of comfort due to noise, low heat recovery efficiency, and unsuitable installation location.
If technically feasible, we recommend installing a compact suspended ventilation system with a heat recuperator to all customers. Such a ventilation machine can also be installed in the ceiling of a corridor, technical room, or on a balcony and provides the entire apartment with fresh, purified air, heated free of charge by a heat recuperator.
Such ventilation can use a common air duct system and diffusers with ducted air conditioners and be completely silent and invisible. Most often, our customers choose household ventilation machines of the Daikin, Roda, Frapol, and Ruck brands.
Air humidity
To maintain the relative humidity in winter, we install central duct humidifiers of the Carel and HydroMatic brands. They are installed in conjunction with a ventilation machine or ducted air conditioner, humidifying the air at the inflow to the desired value.
In contrast to ultrasonic home humidifiers, these ducted humidifiers operate in automatic mode. They are connected to the water supply (after water purification) and sewage system for automatic flushing. One press of a button on the remote control and the relative humidity level in the apartment begins to rise to the desired level.
