What was done

Termal Service Company has performed design work and equipment supply, assembly, commissioning of the autonomous heating, ventilation and air conditioning in the apartments on the top floor of the A52 residential complex.

Panasonic Aquarea T-CAP KIT-WXC16H9E8 “Bi-bloc” heat pump was chosen as the main and only source of heat.

The heat pump is equipped with a 300-liter boiler with a heat exchanger and a 200-liter buffer tank in a single housing to save space in the apartment. All the engineering equipment (heat pump, buffer, boiler, server room, electrical control room) is compactly placed in a closet in the corridor.

All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating with an intelligent control system, which provides heat without additional heating devices. For air conditioning, Neoclima medium-pressure ducted (ceiling) fan coil units are used. The fan coil units themselves are installed behind the false ceilings of neighboring rooms (corridors, bathrooms, storerooms). The cooled air is supplied through large slotted diffusers.

Such an air conditioning system provides a high level of comfort for living quarters: minimal noise and almost no air draft – cooled air falls down from the ceiling under the windows. Fan coil units can be used for heating in winter. Room air conditioning is controlled by the smart home system.

All rooms have exhaust ventilation based on Ruck duct fans.

Thanks to the implementation of such a energy-saving and intelligent HVAC system the heating bills for the penthouse are up to 5 times lower than those of the neighbors in the residential complex. Comfort should be reasonable!
