What was done
Termal Company is participating in a unique project in Ukraine – a cascade of penthouses integrated into the Lion Hills.
This innovative project will implement the most modern heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems based on air-to-water heat pumps with a capacity of 260 kW.
A flexible system of low-temperature coolant supply to each apartment with heat, cold, and hot water meters allows you to not limit the design and architecture.
Each apartment will have its own microclimate system, which the owner wishes by installing a combination of internal systems: underfloor heating, fan coils of any type (ducted, under-wall, wall, cassette), cold ceilings, floor convectors, designer radiators, ventilation machines of any configuration, ventilated. All this will allow not only to unleash the flight of imagination of the apartment owner, but also to save significantly on utilities.
Innovative architecture – the integration of the buildings into the landscape of the hills allowed us to create a cascade of penthouses. The penthouses have a large area, spacious terraces and, of course, all the views.
Relief hills, fantastic nature, clean air and wonderful views are all within a 15-minute drive from the center of Kyiv.
