HVAC system of the Dellini restaurant

What was done

Complex Dellini (restaurant, lounge bar, and karaoke) has a decentralized HVAC system, for which Termal provides repair and maintenance services.

The company’s engineers have completed the modernization:

• On the terrace and in the hookah room there are ventilation system with recovery and fans from Ruck. The main heating equipment is an air conditioner with an inverter compressor of the cassette type (heat pump) by Neoclima.
• For the karaoke hall, which consists of two floors, two supply and exhaust systems were made, which have HRZ high-efficiency recuperators (heat recovery up to 93%), silent high-performance Ruck fans and an adaptive automated control system.

This engineering solution made it possible to create a climate system with the highest quality ventilation and heating and, at the same time, with minimal operating costs.

Stages of work

Design and survey work was carried out and electricity consumption was calculated. An energy-efficient HVAC system was selected.

Energy-efficient supply and exhaust ventilation systems with heat recovery (Ruck and Remak) were designed.

Supply and exhaust duct equipment with high-energy-efficient Remak HRZ plate heat exchangers and Ruck fans was installed. The following works were carried out: drilling and sealing of holes, laying of air ducts, thermal insulation of ducts and equipment, and provision of condensate drainage. Automation panels were installed and the system was connected.

The following works were performed: drilling and sealing of holes, preparation of installation openings and equipment platforms, installation of embedded elements, laying of air ducts and copper routes, drainage, and insulation of the system.

The supply and exhaust duct equipment with high-energy-efficient Remak HRZ plate recuperators and Ruck fans was assembled.

A Neoclima cassette air conditioner has been installed for heating and air cooling. Diffusers and control panels have been installed. Electrical work has been carried out.

The ventilation systems have been commissioned and adjusted, including testing and full diagnostics, measurement of temperature, speed, pressure and other parameters. Documents were prepared and the facility was put into operation.

Annual maintenance of the HVAC systems for the restaurant, lounge bar, and karaoke is carried out, as well as routine repairs and modernization of other projects.
